| Our trainee scheme is for above students preferably either out of school and having finished their Gr 12 (Matric) year or students that have finished their first year of studies and needs practical training.
On the scheme the students are paid a monthly salary and bonuses with annual leave and they join our medical and pension funds. In addition to this their class fees are paid by the company. A contract is signed between the student and the company and the student needs to work back one year to the company after completion of studies.
